( Old Boone )

A relic of the pre-Prohibition era, this "pinched back" bar bottle from Louisville dates to the turn of the century, serving as a piece of  American tavern history. Known as "back-of-the-bar" bottles (BoBB), these vessels were used as tokens of appreciation, gifts presented by distillers and wholesalers to their most valued saloon and restaurant customers. Crafted from fine glass, the bottle is distinguished by angular, gilt-filled typography.
